I hate that the limit to Lottery Tickets only let's you buy 10,000 tickets. I want 100,000 Tickets. :P If I have the Game Chips shouldn't I be able to spend as many as I want lol.

You could constantly buy 10k tickets
(10k+10k+10k...etc)
