You CAN use existing characters from both universes, however, please tune it down so they don’t have god level powers.
Try to create a balance between Hero and Villain Characters.

History: Being corrupted by a mysterious crystal, is willed to seek out the 4 Crystals of the Final Fantasy world, however, since the split between universes, has become obsessed with obtaining any relic of power
Personality: Talks in a distorted voice, very talkative. He knows when to back down, and does not often use the power of the “Devils Wing.”
Abilities: “Devils Wing” His Ultimate counter. Increases all stats and changes his form. Black Lance. Summons a giant lance made of shadows to attack. Blazing Darkness. Summons a colum of shadows that can deal fire damage. Soothing Shadows. Allows the user to heal anyone within range.
Weapons: Carries a black broadsword, and a dark oak staff. Carries an amulet that no one has lived to tell what it does.
Hero/Villain: Villain
Pic/Description: Clad in a black version of paladin Armour, with a red cape. Occasionally a raspy voice saying h.....el....p.... can be heard.”

History: after the two worlds collided, he found the nav, the app to travel to the metaverse but, then the app was tooken off all phones by igor, causing the metaverse, to shoot into the real world, meaning you could get your persona any time a adult , or any person wrongs you or your friends.
personality: hes kind, but he can also be a jerk. he is the silent type, but if he has to talk, he will.
abilities: he has the ability to summon his persona, black death, any time a persona, or someone with extreme powers challenges him.
weapons: he has his persona, which he can use multiple attacks on(it is sort of a weapon and a ability that zia has.) he also has his dagger and gun to corner persona's to get the persona's.
hero/villain: hero
pic/description: he has jet black hair, a leather suit and tie, some dress shoes and a mask that looks like demon.

History: No-one knows where Iog-Varan comes from, only that he appears when you most need protection and
helps you.
Personality: Silent, hates killing but isn't afraid to take action against evil-doers.
Abilities: He can sense if someone is in danger and travels through invisible gateways. However, speed is a great weakness since his sword and armor drag him down greatly.
Weapons: A broadsword
Hero/Villain: Hero, but may be driven mad and turned evil
Pic/Description: Two meters tall, carrying a giant broadsword, mostly masked under knight armor but green eyes could be deduced.

Personality: Cold and friendly but doesnt talk much. Very introverted. Dark ing general but loves her friends dearly
Abilities: Daemati; can control people's minds and weave illusions. Shadow powers (like Aureliance and Wesley from here
Weapons: Midnight black sword and violet and black staff. Amulet that gives her her world traveling abilities
Hero/Villain: hero however generally mistrusted so everybody thinks shes a villian
