Just recently, some spoiler tags won't open even though they previously could. When you open them, they get stuck as 'hide content' but does not show what is inside the spoiler tag.

Notce that I said just recently, as before it had worked just fine until something must've changed. I was looking if this had already been reported before and I saw this, which also mentioned a coding bug that had worked properly before. Which supports that this is a bug.

I also saw this spoiler bug on my friends' about me threads and I figured the problem out myself with my own bugged coding and a theory from the previously reported thread. But unfortunately I was wrong while testing it when making this thread.

If you see below, both are aligned left and right. So it must mean the [_left] and [_right] is the problem right? Wrong. Here I present to you, not a single spoiler works and I'm going insane. Please save me, I don't understand anything anymore. What's 2+2. How does fingers work. I worked an hour on this then suddenly everything stopped working.

Edit: I fiured it out but for some reason it stopped working when I was posting the thread. I was so confused then. Nothing will open. It was like everything I knew was a lie. I can't look at this thread anymore for now and I have a headache figuring it out. Please help me.

Looks like the issue is the black colour of the title. Try moving the closing tag of the colour to before the spoiler tag starts, that should fix it.

Yeah after a good nap I also understood that was the reason (It's how I fixed the right part in my about me thread, I just forgot how). However, for some reason it didn't work at all when I was posting it. I even went as far as adding a separate spoiler tag and when I posted it for some reason then it worked. None of them open and showed the same results. I believe I took a picture but deleted it out of annoyance. (I was legit working on it for an hour).

Though, it still doesn't help the fact that this was working before and I noticed it about a month ago. It's a huge inconvenience because you'd have to edit every single spoiler that had worked BEFORE that had [color] in priority of [left]. There was no updates on this either and I definitely think it's a bug. Plus, what if there was an important information on a spoiler tag where the user is inactive? Or someone that has anxiety (me) is afraid to inform someone to do this specific thing to their spoiler tag which informations I'd like to read? Checking the page source over and over is a hassle.

This isn't actually a bug, it's a fix of one. Originally, code would work, even if it shouldn't. After fixing the weird coding stuff, coding needs to be accurate; the site no longer predicts what you meant.
