I have already bought the Miller item and clicked on it to select it. When I tapped on my Miltank at Moomoo Ranch it didn’t milk it though. Only question marks (?) popped up. What am I doing wrong?

The question mark means that they haven’t produced any milk yet (there’s no milk available).
Make sure you have berries for them if you want them to produce milk. They won’t produce milk immediately, so give them some time and try to milk them later ^^

I find that they produce milk about roughly every 1 - 2 hours.
