"Hmph..." Priscilla sighed, her bass strapped across her back as she picked up dropped flyers for the band she was trying to create.

"Does anybody here even have culture?" She murmured to herself, picking the scraps of a torn up flyer.

Deonna soon came by pulling her drum set, "Oh it seemed that drum set is so big I wish I would've borrow it from the music room", Deonna soon see a girl with the bass strapped across her back and asked, "Um, pardon me but are you trying to start a band because I think I would like an opportunity to join a band?".

Priscilla looked at Deonna, dumbfounded.

"Well, yeah, I am! You wanna join?" Priscilla said happily, before clearing her throat going back to her signature annoyed look.

"Well, you're gonna have to audition. After school today, alright?" She said, handing Deonna one of the rejected flyers, which had some dirty footprints scattered all over it.

After getting the flyer from Priscilla, Deonna looked at the time of the audition and soon said to herself, "If it's after school, then I am going for the audition but if I were to make that Priscilla person happy then I would have to practice hard", Deonna soon grabbed her drum set and soon headed off to the music room.

Priscilla, still looking stone-faced, on the inside was giddy with excitement. She could finally start her band! With a skip in her step, she made her way to her locker and put away her precious bass. She also grabbed her song journal, which was heavy and falling apart, ready to rip in half, and brought it with her to her first class to write while she pretended to be doing work.

Inside the music room, Deonna began to practice her music, she grabbed the drumsticks and started to play, "I am trying everything I can to play the drums, and soon enough if I were to play the music and join the band then it will be a huge accomplishment", Deonna said with hope and confidence.

It's after classes, and Deonna grabbed her drum set and headed to the audition room where the person known as Priscilla was waiting in the wings, "Gosh, if Priscilla is not happy with my music then I will be horrified", Deonna said. Soon afterwards, she wonders where the audition will take place, and before Deonna knows it she was inside the audition room where Priscilla was waiting.

Deonna answered in a stern voice, "If you want me to audition then I am ready", Deonna soon arrived to the drum set and soon started to play her piece, as she played she played her rhythm correctly and soon it felt that she was in concert, but still Deonna was focused that will be successful.

Priscilla silently listened to the performance, not focusing on taking notes but instead just listening to the beat of the drums, and admired Deonna's enthusiasm.

Deonna finished up her performance and soon was amazed to see Priscilla admired Deonna's effort, and so Deonna concluded her performance and ended her performance. Soon Deonna smiled as she tried her best.

Deonna then noticed something, "You know Miss Priscilla, I sometimes play the guitar", Deonna grabbed the guitar and started to play with emotion, Deonna played the guitar as if she was paying tribute to one of the original band members, and hoping that Priscilla will be stunned.

Priscilla tried to keep a blank face on the outside, but on the inside, she was stunned by the emotional performance Deonna was able to make. She scribbled notes of praise in her notebook.

Deonna continue to play her guitar then she soon wrapped up her performance hoping that it will be enough to please Priscilla, then Deonna finished her performance with the best guitar riff ever.

Deonna smiled as she left the stage, and soon she sees Priscilla practicing her instrument that she is playing, then Deonna said to herself, "I can't believe it, this is astounding and I'm going to be in a band", then Deonna left the auditorium and watched from the window outside.

Priscilla practiced singing some tunes to one of her songs as she strummed lightly on her beloved strings. It went from humming to whispering to projecting her voice to the empty room, even though she would stop at random intervals to add or replace words.

Still viewing from the window of the auditorium, Deonna grabbed her notebook and started to write notes on how to perform professionally, then Deonna soon wondered, "I don't know about the scheduling of the performance, I mean it will be great nevertheless".
