for some reason i cant purchase nuggets, told riako but no reply...

As you told me via palpad, that's the error message:

"3032: Sorry, the payment cannot be completed now. Please try again later or contact Xsolla customer support"

Well, did you contact the xsolla support?
There's a contract link at the bottom of the payment interface.
And how long have you waited before trying again?

the issue is my bank thinks they are fraud so i cant do anything without going in branch to see bank, tried every payment method but i only have the 1 bank account and it does not trust it =/

Well if your bank doesn't trust XSolla payments then I'm afraid there's nothing we can do about that either. The only thing that could be done is that you contact the bank directly.

Though, I think there are also ways to pay by cash. XSolla also accepts some gift cards that you can buy at shops.
