Dusk Lycanroc?

How exactly do I obtain the Dusk Lycanroc? Do I need to evolve Rockruff at a particular time of day, like in the original games? Or is it different here?

Also, how do I choose which kind of Lycanroc appears when I do this:

Use a Dusk Stone on a Rockruff to evolve it into Dusk form. There’s not a specific time to do this, so you can do it whenever you want ^^

Here’s the code for the different Lycanrocs;
