Many years ago, a fated group of people got together. Some fell in love and had children. Thinking their lives may have had the slightest shred of normality in them, they sent their children to Kalos to start their journeys.

Which was a mistake. Team Sol has risen again, and plans to take over Kalos. They’ve partially already succeeded, with the southern half of Luniose in their control. But the north is home to a small rebellion, which these kids find theirselves draws too.

Sure, their parents are friends, but can they band together and save Kalos?

Deirdre is short - 5'2 - with long, curly fire orange hair and golden brown eyes. She has an athletic build and is covered in freckles head to toe. She wears ripped pale blue jeans, checkered red high tops, a red and blue flannel print shirt unbuttoned over a black tee. Usually she has a collection or bracelets and hair ties on her wrist. Also has a dark red bag around herself.
Personality:
Tomboyish, rash, and quick. Deirdre strives to be the best in pretty much anything, so a lot of people get irritated with her. She loves a good debate and will carry on until she wins. She's competitive, arrogant, but is very loyal and loves her sister, despite arguing with her a lot. Surprisingly she has great intuition, and is very exuberant. Headstrong and comes across wrong often.

Personality:
Jennifer, like her mother, is not very good with people. She tends to be cold and aloof, and isn't very good at understanding people. Jenny is also rather quiet, and is very detail-oriented and studious. She wants to become a detective like her parents. Blunt at times. Strangely poetic.

Personality:
Cheerful, but gets frustrated and upset easily. He tries his best but isn't very good at a lot of things. Simon has an insanely good memory, which causes him to always hold grudges. He can remember every little thing someone said or did, and rarely lies. He also can't keep secrets like, at all.

Growing up at least one of his parents was gone - either kidnapped or away for other reasons - so even though he didn't like it, he got used to it. Appearance:Scar is short with medium golden curly hair that she keeps up in a ponytail. She has freckles all over her face and has blue eyes and tannish skin. She has a sleek build which helps her sneak around easily. She wears a black and red striped t-shirt and tattered blue jeans. She has a few necklaces with different gemstones on it, her red soul dew hides in a small necklace with rubies and has a black backpack.
Personality: unless ur ninja and you don’t like writing these (jk). Lol News flash I don't even like writing these. I just do them so my characters don't end up as Token bad guy, or gary/Mary stu hero. Scar is quiet and mild tempered with a shy attitude. She doesn't really like conflict but will fight if the need be. She really loves her sister and hates arguments, always just allowing Deirdre win whatever fight they're arguing about. She has a bad habit of becoming side tracked and can sometimes get tunnel vision.

History: grew up in Lillycove with Deirdre and her parents and was shy in school. Even if she hates arguments, she used to stand up to the bullies Deirdre was dealing with in school. She learnt how to heal from Tiger as she wanted to always keep Deirdre safe from being hurt.

Appearance: Austin is four foot eleven and of a small build more so like Snow's build with one dark brown eye on his left eye and one frosty blue eye his right eye he has short and spikey light brown hair with a small miscolor of black near his sides with white tips. He has tan skin and a small birthmark that is a pale patch of skin on his cheek. He wears a black blazer with a Charmander outline on the front pocket and a silver t-shirt that is under his blazer. He has faded blue jeans with a few holes in them and black sneakers. He has a black backpack and wears a red baseball cap to cover his hair.
Personality: Austin like his father has a bad habit with sleeping as he is a sleep talker. He suffers from insomnia and often gets tired at bad times. He is a sweet and caring boy and will try to keep those he truly cares for safe. He wishes to be a forest ranger as he had grown to love the forest due to his uncle taking him to the forest when they visited Johto. Though he respects his parents and older sister he doesn't want to become an officer or detective as he's afraid of getting hurt.

Personality: Max is competitive with Deirdre but can be slightly shy. While he does love to climb he will get afraid of heights at random times and will freeze up until he talks himself out of his fear. He has a bad habit of running into danger without planning, but isn't as bad as Tiger is.

Appearance: JJ has dark red, wavy hair and is slightly tan. She wears a red halter top, a light denim skort, and red flats. It's also revealed that one of her legs is a metal prosthetic. She also wears the red lunar wing on a circlet on her head that belong to Robert's mother, Venus.
Personality: JJ is a bit of a wild yet studious child. She tries to do good, though Joey pulls her into a LOT of trouble. She is headstrong though and it takes a lot to change her mind.
Pokemon: Munna (Name: Mun-Mun, Level 13.) (It was given to her by Robert when she was 5.)
History: JJ was initially from Orre and was Robert and Jamie's goddaughter. She stayed there till she was 7 and that is when Drew and Robert adopted her. From there she had a normal childhood that involved at least one parent being kidnapped every few years.

Personality: Joey is a bit of a smug troublemaker that knows how to talk his way out of trouble sometimes. He likes to drag others into trouble with him, especially his 'princess'.

History: Joey is the son of Minna and Lee Bellavance, friends of Robert and Jamie. He, like JJ, lived in Orre for sometime before his family moved to Sinnoh. Durning his childhood JJ and him caused a little bit of trouble before finally being sent to Kalos to start their adventure with JJ's cousin Micah.

Appearance: Micah has short brown hair and bright blue eyes. He wears a pink long sleeved shirt with a white button up on top of it followed by a black jacket over the top, a pair of blue jeans, and a pair of black sneakers.
Personality: Micah is a lot like his father and enjoys making dresses and other clothing items for his family and friends. He has a bubbly yet calm personality unless ticked. Then he does a complete 180 and will be cold to the person.

History: Micah is the son to Jamie and Mike Larue. He, like the other children, lived in Orre for a bit before moving to Sinnoh. He followed after Joey and JJ to make sure they don't kill themselves somehow.

Personality:
Warm and friendly, Ness prefers to share all her secrets, meaning she grows to trust far too quickly. She finds the quiet awkward so she always hums to herself if it gets too quiet. She does her best to become comfortable in all situations, and will often crack (god-awful) jokes in an attempt to quell her discomfort. Once she sets her mind to it, Ness will stop at nothing to achieve her goal. She’s easy to distract, and finds it difficult to sit still for more than two minutes.

History:
Ness was adopted (her brother, too) from a home in Unova, though she was a baby so she doesn’t remember very much from it (just the occasional face or blanket). She was moved to Kalos shortly after her third birthday, moving in with her new dads. Since then, she spent most of her time learning as much as physically possible, determined to go back and help the kids in the home.

Appearance:
Casey has short, curly black hair that falls barely above their chin, and has deep brown eyes. Like their sister, they have a plethora of freckles covering them, and is secretly very proud of it. They’re actually tan, and usually wears a dark green tank top with black shorts and a forest green bracelet with a keystone on it (a gift from their parents for their fifteenth birthday), and black or dark green sneakers. They have a scar on their left cheek that absolutely refuses to go away. They’re lefthanded too.
Personality:
Despite their usual “please stay away from me” attitude, Casey is actually incredibly open-minded and friendly. They’re possibly the most patient person, it takes a lot to frustrate them. They love to read, to the point where they’ll whip out a book at random times and just flip it open and start reading it. They’re quieter than they seem, but that’s because they haven’t found their voice quite yet.

History:
Like Ness, they grew up in a home too, although it was in Johto, hence the reason they hate Johto with a passion. They were adopted around the age of four and brought to Kalos to live with Connor and Xavier (Connor’s husband). Despite originally being quiet and shy, they quickly grew out of their shell and became willing to talk more than anyone.

Nothing worth noting happened to them until they were nine, when they got themselves caught in between a huge fight between several random trainers, sparking the arrival of Ho-oh and the arrival of the scar on his cheek. And then after that, life returned to normal.

Sarcastic and dry, Apollo is used to being around others, having had a large family. History:
Born in Unova, Apollo was sent to Kalos to go to school with family at a young age, around six. He never really forgave his parents for that, but he talks to them a lot. Since then he’s been spending most of his time in either Shalour City or Geosenge Town, openly fascinated by the rocks there.

When he was eight he climbed to the top of one of the rocks and then panicked and was stuck up there for three hours. He never quite recovered.

Appearance:
Miyah has short black hair and hazel eyes. She wears contacts (as she inherited her mother’s bad eyesight). She is surprisingly tall for her age, standing at 5’2, and her straight hair is usually tied back in a braid. She’s muscular and knows it full well; while she might not share her mother’s love of sailing or her father’s love of the forest, she is a die-hard hockey player and general athlete, which means she mostly wears jerseys and sneakers.

Personality:
Clumsy, awkward, and doesn’t like to admit it. She most definitely has her father’s tendency to be reckless and she very rarely thinks things through a lot. She mostly acts on instinct, which she tries to use to her advantage. She doesn’t like to admit to her mistakes and fiercely denies they ever happened. That being said, she’s a generally nice person. She has a nice sense of humor most of the time, but does NOT handle accusations well. She’s competitive and a surprisingly gracious winner, but a sore loser.

She finds her pleasures in simple things. Her sports are her passion, but that's not to say that she doesn't hold a fondness for the sea or the forest. She knows that she's not much good at sailing and climbing, but she is an okay fighter and decent fisher. Her battling skills aren't too bad either.

Appearance:
Milo is average height, standing at 5'0. He has dirty blond hair that is extremely shaggy and is close to touching his shoulders. It's straight as well, so it often goes over his eyes and he frequently has to push it away. He's got dark brown eyes and freckles on his arms and cheeks. He's not muscular in the slightest and wears almost nothing but sweatshirts and long-sleeved shirts. His favorite is a dark red sweatshirt with a band logo on the front.

Personality:
Milo might be a social butterfly at heart, and is good at making friends, but he's jumpy and has a tendency to stumble over his words. He has a speech impediment (a noticeable lisp) and tries to stay quiet because of it. He's embarrassed by the way he talks and you can definitely tell that he is. He spends nearly all of his free time online, where he feels free to talk and socialize in a way that doesn't give away his lisp. He can type at a speed of 90 WPM.

"Of course I won! I'm the best!" Deirdre had gotten into a shouting match with a trainer outside the gym, who she had just beaten in a battle. "Better than you, anyway! Don't get so mad. You're just no match for me and Iza." she smirked.

"Arrogant." The trainer hissed as he recalled his Fennekin. Deirdre snorted.

"I'm not arrogant. I'm just being honest." she laughed.

Jenny was sitting on a bench outside the Pokémon center with her partner, Xiao, a Pignite. She handed her a berry, and the Pokémon smiled as she hungrily ate. "Nice job battling, Xiao." Jenny commented and smiled slightly. "Good way to make use of your type advantage."

Simon was busy in one of the small shops which sold items for Pokémon. He was looking around for an item that his partner, Zeke - a Turtwig - could use in battle. "Too many options." he mumbled as he looked around.

Scar sighed and shook her head slightly. "Come on Deirdre, since when don't you win?" She asked cautiously and was trying to get her sister away from the trainer. Her Squirtle, Nami, was shaking her head in response to Deirdre.

Austin sat near the waters edge. He hadn't won his battle, but he was set on getting it next time after he did some training. His Pichu was being looked at right now. "You and Xiao did amazing!" Austin said to Jenny in a cheerful tone.

Max had just finished his battle with the gym leader, he was putting his badge in its case with his Quilava sitting beside him. "We did it Suko! We got our first badge!" He said excitedly and hadn't noticed Scar or Deirdre yet.

"Since Max beat me. I have to get better, so I can beat him." Deirdre said angrily. Sure, she and Max hadn't seen eachother in a few years. "So what if it's been a while? I'm stronger now. And I'll beat him."

The trainer stormed off angrily and glared at Deirdre, arms crossed.

"Thank you." Jenny smiled at her brother. "I'm sure you and Sparky will win next time." she added and glanced out at the water.

Suko squeaked as he recognized Deirdre. He called over his shoulder and ran off with Max looking bewildered. "Suko." He groaned.

Scar sighed and spotted Max shortly after noticing a Quilava running for them. "Maybe you can ask him now?" She asked kindly.

Austin nodded and offered Jenny a small smile. "Yeah I'm sure I will too. I just need to train Sparky up a bit more. Then we can return and rematch the gym." He said kindly and yawned.

Max froze and sighed, "hey I'm not sh-..." He began and cut himself off. "Okay maybe I am short, but I'm a year younger than you and didn't hit my growth spurt yet..." He said in embarrassment.

Scar glanced at Deirdre for a moment and sighed before petting Suko on the head. Nami hugged the Quilava happily. "Long time no see Max." She said in a friendly manner.

Austin smiled at Jenny and leaned back as he looked at the clouds. He recognized Max, "hey? Isn't that our cousin?" He asked quietly.

"And I haven't hit mine. Imagine how much taller than you I'll be! I guess I'm beating you there, too." Deirdre smirked, ignoring the polite mannerisms of Scar. Even though they were twins, they were so different in personality. Iza, Deirdre's Bagon, perched on her shoulder.

Jenny nods. "Yeah, Max. He's a year older than you, right?" she asked quietly as she turned and looked. "Who's that with him?"

Max sighed and rubbed the back of his neck. "To be fair you got Lion's height, I got my dad's and he's not exactly the tallest person out there." He mumbled and was referencing to how his dad stopped growing at five foot six.

Scar sighed and shook her head before sitting down. "Didn't you used to have a crush on him?" She whispered to Deirdre in a very quiet tone that only Deirdre would hear.

"Yeah Max is a year older than me. I'm not sure who's with him. Should we go see?" Austin asked kindly and got to his feet.

“Ha! Beat ‘cha!” Ness was grinning widely, clapping her hands together and sticking her tongue out at her sibling, green eyes bright with unrivaled playfulness.

Casey had their hands on their knees, doubled over and wheezing for air. “Yeah, yea—“ They gasped, lifting one hand to hit their chest a few times. “Uh-huh. Good for you.” They managed to choke out after a few more seconds of gasping for air.

Ness simply grinned, patting her sibling’s back with a snort.

Not far away from them, Apollo was seated on the ground with his arms crossed and eyes bright, scowling as he refused to make eye contact with his partner.

”Oshaa!” The water-type whined, tugging his sleeve impatiently. Apollo simply stuck out his tongue in response. ”Wott!” Azul groaned and sat down as well, crossing his tiny arms too.

“Maybe next time you won’t pour water all over me!”

”Shawott!”

Apollo scowled. It was going to be a long day.

"Don't even, Scar." Deirdre whispered back quietly. "My dad is tall. Yours is short. Soo." she smirked, crossing her arms.

"Sure." Jenny nodded as she stood up and started walking over, Xiao following her.

Scar shrugged and looked at Suko and Nami. "Come on you two let's go get some pokepuffs!" She cheered happily and ran off in the direction of the Pokemon center with Suko and Nami following her. She wasn't paying attention to where she was going. She was heading in Apollo's direction.

Max sighed and shook his head. "At least my dad could climb trees." He grumbled. "Not to mention my mom taught me to sail."

Austin followed Jenny and grabbed his backpack. A Fletchling was following him as he went towards Max and Deirdre.

"Are you insulting my dad?! And my mom?!" Deirdre glared at him. "My parents can do pretty good things, too. That doesn't make you better than me!" she hissed angrily.


"Max!" Jenny waved at her cousin and smiled slightly. She walked over with Xiao.

Max flinched slightly and took a step back. "No I didn't mean." He was cut off when he heard Jenny's voice. "Sorry, Lion and Faye are amazing people I didn't mean to make it sound like I was insulting them. Please just stop." He said quietly.

Austin walked over to Max and frowned. "Um. Is she being rude to you?" He asked Max quietl and cast a glance at Jenny.

"No. She's just a person I knew as a child." Max said quietly and wasn't sure why Deirdre was slightly rude to him at times. He missed the friendly rivalry they had when they were five.

Apollo made a face but didn’t press it, simply rolled his eyes and turned his head to spot someone headed in his general direction. He could play it one of two ways; Be nice and say hi, or pretend the person didn’t exist.

Okay, so both ideas were valid. He settled on watching the person curiously.

"Arceus, Max." Deirdre glares at Max before looking up at Austin and Jenny. She sighed angrily as she walked to the Pokémon center to heal her Pokémon.

Maybe it was because she was surpringly insecure. At least she was convincing.



Jenny raises her eyebrows. "Who is she?" she asked quietly.
