ive had my festivel kirlia for about 4 months and she still has not evolved, what do i do?

She’ll evolve at level 50 ^^
You can feed her some rare candy, or you can simply wait for people to interact so she can lvl up. Putting her in your party will help with interactions

You can get them from mystery boxes (that's not 100% tho), from the golden slot (plus mode) and from the prize exchange in Emera Square. You can also buy some from other users, ofc
