A way to watch a listing that you see, rather than having to bid in it and let the other person have the upper hand on winning it. Also so that you don't have to scroll far or search for a listing that you have seen.

at the bottom of the main auction house page you can see all of the auctions you have bid on.

I think they're suggesting a "Auction I want to keep an eye on" list, without having bid on it?
