The plot is about a rocket grunt, Snow, is getting tired of being defeated by his brother all the time. He leaves the fight in New Bark and is heading back to Mahogany where Rocket's current base is located. On his way back he'll meet someone who may change his life for the better.

4'11, small in size but is athletic. Her size does fool people, but she is very strong mentally and physically. She has tan skin, dark brown eyes, long straight black hair and black glasses. She wears a black windbreaker with two horizontal white stripes on the upper arm sleeves and a PPD [Pokémon Police Department] logo on the back, camouflage print shirt, black jeans and laced boots.

Snow growled and took a few steps back as a flamethrower and an ice beam missed both him and Rai. He panted and looked at his attacker. "Get out of here now Snow! The cops are on their way!" A voice snapped, and Snow looked up to his half brother, Tiger. His emerald eyes were blazing angrily as he fought. The Totodile he tried to steal was hiding behind Tiger.

Snow snarled, and narrowed his eyes. "This isn't over!" He snapped, and frowned. I always say that. Am I just cursed to fight him all my life? I mean his Cyndaquil and Charizard are the strongest on his team, not to mention his Dragonite. He thought with a sigh and recalled Swirl and Rai. He fled into route 29.

"Officer Wang, reporting in. Nothing out of the ordinary." Kimberly said into the radio before putting it back on the strap of her backpack, walking along Route 29 with her Serperior slithering behind her. She was looking to make sure nothing was going on.

Snow was walking through route 29. Eyes out for an officer, he froze when he heard someone nearby and poked his head from around a tree. "Great." He mumbled and reached for his pokegear. "Frost come in." He whispered. No answer. "Dad come on I need backup!" Still no answer. "Ugh." He growled.

“Hello?” Kimberly shouted as she heard some leaves rustling on the ground. “Peri. Eyes out.” She whispered as she glanced around, seeing a figure in the distance.

Snow froze as he saw Kimberly. "Great just what I need. To get arrested." He grumbled dryly and put his pokegear away. He adjusted his hat and glanced at Rai's pokeball. He prepared to make an escape.

“Peri. Get him.” Kimberly said as her Seperior shot off and wrapped around Sniw’s legs. She jogged after Peri. “Who are you?” She asked seriously as she adjusted her glasses and looked at Snow.

"Snow." Snow said evenly and narrowed his eyes at Kimberly. "Last names dont matter." He said dully and narrowed his eyes. He had dropped Rai's Rocketball in the dirt. "And you? I mean, someone like you might get hurt out here." He said evenly.

Snow blinked, "I won't." He said evenly obviously trying his best to be let off the hook. He was grateful that the clothes he was wearing were his street clothes. All except his hat.

Snow blinked and looked like he didn't care. Giovanni or Frost will bail me out in less than a day. Though maybe I should just stay with this officer for a few days. No harm in it and maybe I'll learn something. He thought to himself dully. "Very well then." He said simply.

Snow sighed and adjusted his cap once more. It had been the first time he was caught. He tucked his hands into his pocket and glanced at the Ambipom as he followed Kimberley willingly.

After a while they reached the main station. Kimberly slid a card at the desk and a door unlocked, which she pushed open and held open for him. An electronic screen read “ID Confirmed JPPD Officer Kimberly Wang. She covered her first name slightly with her hands
