Dear mods,
Alright so for a while now since I've joined I have tried to change my avatar and it refuses to let me update it. It shows it has updated in my palpad, but I tried to message someone through the palpad and it apparently says I do not own one. I know for certain I have bought one. Is it just me or is my account buggy? Anyway, some assistance would be appreciated! Thanks! <3

Ok so for an avatar it needs to follow these rules

-Allowed file types: jpg, jpeg, gif, png

-Max size: 250 kB

-Max width/height: 150*150 px

Does your image comply with that? If not then that might be the problem

...I'm kinda unclear on what the actual problem is?
Do you have a problem with your avatar or with your PalPad [or both?] and could you, maybe, explain them both individually, instead of smashed together? ^^'

@CatLady Hello there! I realize now that my request for assistance certainly was jumbled.
Firstly, the site would not change my avatar no matter how many times I updated it.
I would update the avatar, wait and hour or so and try again because it wouldnt work.
It seems to have let me use this current avatar after days of trying to upload it.

Secondly, for the palpad issue, it seems to tell other users I do not own a palpad. It lets me message certain people but now I am unsure if my messages are making it through since someone told me they get a notification for my message but cant actually see/read them. Not only that, for a while there only my palpad's avatar would update and not the avatar on my profile. When I take the avatar off it shows me as a male--though I chose female. I just want to know if Palpad is a tad buggy and this is to be expected or if it isnt normal and it might need fixed ^ ^;
