The Shironoki region. Once covered with icy forests, it soon grew into a land with small cities and villages surrounded by snow and pine trees. It's cold and almost usually snowing. Ages upon ages ago, Reshiram and Zekrom once battled in the center of the region. To stop them, Kyurem appeared and froze them - forming two statues on the Island of Serenity. But one day, Reshiram burned through the statue and flew over the region, melting some of the ice and allowing it to be inhabited.

Now the region thrives. While it may be small and widely unheard, Professor Pine and the champion Eira work together to keep Shironoki in balance. Many Pokémon thrive here, and today, new trainers are here to receive their starter Pokémon. It's tradition for people of age 15 to receive a dog Pokémon, as many trainers travel by dogsled.

But Team Glacier believes that Shironoki should return to how it once was - covered in ice. And how they're doing that? They seek to remove every fire Pokémon from the region, and harness the powers of Kyurem and Zekrom to defeat Reshiram.

Will you stand down and watch as your region succumbs to ice? Or will you fight with your new Pokémon partners to save the region?

Marla was impatiently waiting on the deck outside the lab. Footsteps in the snow were seen leading up to where she was sitting, swinging her legs back and forth and yanwing.

Lucius shivered even though he should've been used to the cold climate by now. He played with his camera, moving it around and zooming in and out randomly. Can I find any pokemon here? he wondered, running around the lab looking for signs of pokemon. He paid no attention to anyone around him and was in his own little world.

Sitting around was sooo boooring.

Amber had been camped out outside the lab for quite some time now. Five minutes, max. There has a small part of her that wanted to march home and say goodbye to her parents again, but the stronger part of her dug in its heel and refused to move.

It was already feeling like a long day ahead of her.

For probably the sixth time, Marla stood and knocked aggressively on the door. She waited for a response, but got nothing.


"When's this damn professor gonna show?" she mumbled to herself.

“Formal introductions?” Amber raised one eyebrow, brown eyes alit with amusement. She’d pushed her hair back with a headband to keep the blonde out of her eyes, which were now flicking between Erika, Hex and Maria. “Wanna do icebreakers while we’re at it? Hah, gettit? Icebreakers? Aw, mom would’ve laughed.”
