so, if you send someone a plushie you can redeem dp to send another, but, is it better for saving to not send plushies at all or send many and keep redeeming the dp? i am v confused and i hope this makes sense ! thank you ! uwu

Depend, sometime there is some plush event i think its better to keep the dp for that time, and when you send a plush the one that cost less is a magikarp (5dp) and what you gain from it is only 1dp so it isn't really worth it in my opinion.

But if you can find someone to do some plush trade with you so you could have all the plush dex why not.
