Sashi looked around, the sun was in the middle pf the sky, so they had enough daylight to explore more, but... the problem was food and water. Feeding five people, and supplying water. That's going to be hard, hopefully this specific chain of islands held enough material to sustain them...

Grace noticed that Sashi was worried. She wished she was more helpful. Suddenly, she spotted a familiar plant. Hope rising, she rushed over. Excitedly, she shouted, 'Sashi, I think I found a coconut tree! We can drink the milk and eat it too!' She bounced slightly in excitement.

Sashi looked up, startled, it took him a while to comprehend what she had said. "Wait... did you say a cocunut tree?" He looked up and saw the cocunuts and the trees, "Yes! This may last us a little while..." By then, they would have figured something out...

Grace laughs and takes one. 'I'll give it a shot.' She squints, aims, and throws. The loop misses by inches. 'Noo.... You give them a go.' She hands it back to Sashi, grinning.

Sashi takes the lasso and attempts to get one, the lasso misses vy a good 3 inches, "not close enough... alright! We're gonna have to climb this tree..."

Grace brightens, though she's not sure why. 'Ooh!' Without another word, she leaps at the tree and scrambles up nimbly. At the top, she blinks. 'Woah... what?'

Grace grabbed the coconuts and tossed them down to Sashi, trying not to hit his head and knock him out. 'Hmm... I just thought, we need to get a fire started. You don't know how cold it'll get here, we need to be prepared. And we'd need to cook food, like if we find bird eggs or catch some fish or something.' After all the coconuts were off the tree, she hopped down.

"That's true..." Sashi said, putting the cocunuts down, "but, you can eat eggs raw, although they are disgusting, and..." His eyes widened. "Spear fishing!" he exclaimed. He ran to get some vines and tied around the end of his spear. He gave some vines to Grace and gestured for her to do the same. "Ok, for spear fishing what you do is wade out into the water and wait for fish. You can scatter bait around you if you woukd like, but for that we would need food. When a fish gets near you what you want to do is..." Sashi loked at his spear, and cut the spear end in half, making a little crevice into the spear end. "You would want to pin down a fish into this crevice, and the pick it out if the water and, well get safely back to land. If it's easier, though not advised, you could just literally stab the thing, but that would, well you know..."

Sashi started to wade slowly into the water. He noticed that further away, there were some brightly colored rock looking structures. "a coral reef" he thought, that was good. That meant more fish, and more food, and if he remembered correctly, you could harvest different parts of a fish, for different necessary vitamins and minerals. You could eat the eye for water, and some other parts for different vitamins, but, it would not keep you alive for more than a few months at most, seeing that you would need other vitamins, and would die of malnutrition.

"Ummm... I guess you could prepare one of the cocunts to eat? Or, you could help me go spear fishing, you'll need to make something like this though," Sashi said, raising up his spear. "It's also very hard, but, I think you'll be able to do it."

'I'll get to work on making more, I have no doubt we'll need it, and we'll definitely need to head back into the jungle at some point. Wanna give me a hand? We'll need tree branches and stones, and I think vines would be useful? Not really sure, but whether or not we need them for spears, we'll need them for something, so might as well.'

Alex started looking for sticks. She found a long stick and used her knife to carve out a spear out of it, while humming a beautiful song. She looked at the waves. She had never really liked water,but she loved their roaring and the sound they made when they crashed with each other. "Like a beautiful song..." She thought.
She felt something picking her. She put the knife down and checked her pockets,she found a flute.
