Why does it do this: Critical error: Mismatch between Pokemon amount!
whenever I try to accept on a private trade with someone?

You have to have the same amount of pokemon on both sides of the trade in order to accept the offer, i.e. if someone wants a shiny, they'll have to post a pokemon to match that shiny, so it's 1:1.
