What can I do if an algorythm asks me to choose Tranquil, but there are no sprites to click on?

You can simply refresh the page. It'll try to load the sprites again (:

I tried before, but now it worked. The thing is that it popped up when I tried to rename my Crustle, which never happened before. Is it normal or is it supposed to pop up when hugging mons?

Sometimes the prompt appears when just refreshing the page of a Pokemon. It isn't always during periods of interactions
