How do I get to the mobile site? I vaguely remember something about there being a separate mobile-optimized theme you get to by putting something in the URL?

Euhm, there isn't ^^'
Just go to PokéHeroes on your mobile and the device will recognize you're on your mobile and adapt where possible [like the Clicklist]

There is no separate 'mobile site'.
