I'm still pretty new here so I was wondering you ya'll could help me real fast I couldn't find anything to help searching through some answered forums

Where is the wonder trade?
And do I have to be a higher lvl to unlock certain " ?????? " under town options like the fishing pole or the cave area, grass, and pokeball icon??

The WonderTrade can be found in the GTS-area.

And, yes, certain ????? areas get unlocked by raising your Trainerlevel. There are also some items that can unlock ????? areas, like the Egg Radar [and chips] and the Vs. Seeker.
