furfrou haircutting

I claimed today a furfrou from permanent haircutting, since when it was there I don't know, but the fact is when I went in furfrou section it appeared as furfrou with a message that haircut is permanent but the avatar wasn't of furfrou with haircut (santa) but was a plain furfrou.
Then I checked my storage box, this is not a hard proof, I might have overlooked something, in a box where was suposed to be only furfrous with haircuts, I found one without it (And I'm sure that few days before there wasn't any without haircut)
I have a question, how long does haircut stay on furfrou?
It seems that my lost it's haircut while getting a permanent one or while waiting to be claimed (assuming server counts it as permanent after claiming)
Also assuming that I didn't overlook something and writing all this wasn't useless.

Had my Furfrou get the Santa cut two days ago, made it permanent yesterday and claimed it back while it had the permanent haircut. It's now normal again.

I think a cut stays 3 days [72 hours], but I am not 100% certain about it.
[Funnily enough, I talked to Riako about this specific matter a few hours ago and suggested making the Cut permanent as soon as you pay, rather than when you claim. He agreed to this and said "I will do it!". Now we just need to wait for him to figure out how, exactly, and implement it :' ) ]

Though I am 100% sure there were not even 24 hours between making the cut and making it permanent.

So if you gave it the first cut 2 days ago and only claimed it today, that's over 48 hours :/

I was thinking it's like that, I have a flashback that this happened to me years ago,back then I was lazy to report which is a shame to just pass possible bug to live.
To me this doesn't make much sense, technically, we waisted 25k on getting permanent but we got nothing (I can accept lost of 5k pd though).

Does this mean that we'll get compensated and given the permanent Santa Furfrou haircut to the Furfrou that should have got it, but didn't?
Kind of a waste of money + time if not.

No no I meant I claimed it the same day as I paid to make it permanent, and It was a permanent Santa cut, after claiming it. It just changed back.. D:

From what data I can see, only the fact that you gave a Haircut seems to be collected. Aside from the PD-value, there's no indication telling us what kind of haircut.
If there's proof of a permanent cut [but no Furfrou with a permanent cut], we can deduce that the temporary cut ran out, before the pemanent cut was claimed. However, this doesn't tell us which cut was made permanent [or attempted to make permanent] nor is there any indication about which Furfrou you attempted this with.
If there's compensation [and only Riako can definitively answer this question], it'll probably be through a refund, rather than a reversion.
@Pitohui - Oh... That really is weird. However, I think that's a different bug from this one and is actually not 'the same issue'. ^^'
Do you remember the day you paid/claimed the Furfrou? Are you 100% sure that it reverted back after you claimed it?

If I remember correctly I let this Furfrou get the Santa cut on the 20th, made it permanent on 21st, claimed it on the same day. After that I viewed it with the Santa cut in my Box. And yesterday (22nd) I saw the Cut was gone
EDIT: The second shiny Furfrou in my box that has the Santa cut right now, I let it get the cut today, I'm not confusing two pokemon^^"
