:/ Im now gardener level 41 and never got a recipe for a white powder. This is not normal :( :O
Did you get white powders from the berrygarden, and what level did you have? Its really frustrating, i have all the berries which i need to create the legends and never got these powders.

You get the white powder from doing the tasks from the Bulleting Board. Some of the tasks contains the white powder as an Item Reward ;)

But i did millions of this tasks and never i got a white powder. This is, what i want to say. I know, that white powders theoretically come from these tasks but the point is that i never got one.:c

Honestly you have to just get lucky with the tasks, as White Powders are meant to be hard to come across. You could also buy the White Powder from other users.

You can "shiny hunt" the hoof trio with it. Eacg 50th egg of then is guaranted shiny, which means every 250 white powder is a shiny ^^
