It's in the berrygarden, at the tool shed which you unlock at a certain level.

I believe it's either 13 or 15. You unlock the cooking pot at gardener level 5.

Yep it's level 7 then gardener level 5 (the quest with become level five). Just make sure to bring 5000 PD to buy the pot, I had to grind again since I was so excited to cook XD.

People often think the PH sprites are bland. Do they shade? Well, yes they do. You'll be surprised how much care is taken for these sprites.
