You arrive at the building you were told to come to. It's beautiful, made of tan stone carved in ornate arches, with curved stained-glass windows glittering in an array of colors. The doors are also glass, tinted deep royal blue so no one is able to glimpse what is really inside, and the roof of the structure is mostly a giant dome.

"It's not funny, moron. The kid's hand is practically burned off." Lyn says into her phone, as she leans her back against the glass doors to open them. "Well, yeah, we have someone who can fix it, but who's going to fix the psychological damage? You need to get that dog under control."

Eliza and Alex pranced up to the building, Eliza having a skip in her step while Alex walked at a moderate speed to keep up with his bounding sister. She stopped abruptly, a weird feeling of dread flooding her, all of her nerves hitting her like a freight train. Alex skidded to a halt, looking at his younger sibling. His eyes traced her light features; her eyes wide and expression one of pure anixety and fear. He blinked before running a hand through his hair. "C'mon, Eliza. Nothin's gonna happen, everything is gonna be great. Remember! All those little animals are gonna love you." Eliza brightened a bit, nodding. Her black locks bounced at the head motion, and the two began to continue to the door.

Lyn wiggles her fingers at Melody in a sort of greeting, but she doesn't seem particularly thrilled that the girl is even here. To make matters worse, she's getting a bit more annoyed at whoever she's speaking to on the phone. "Would you stop being so apathetic? That's Michael's job, and this is serious. The kid's terrified, who wouldn't be if they got their hand burned off by a dog. Albeit a big dog, but sti-... Oh come on, I'm not running a kennel here. If you want your stupid dog safe while you run around with your boyfriend then send the thing to Jax or something. This is not my problem."

The two siblings entered the building, shifting around to stand beside Melody. They glanced at the girl on the phone, Alex noticed Eliza flush red in her pale cheeks. Her freckles stood out against the red tint, and Alex gave a chuckle. Eliza whipped her head to the right to look at him, before blinking. She puffed out her lips and have a pout, making a little "humph!" noise and looking back to the other girl. Alex snickered, more quiet this time. His sister's angry expression melted away, and Alex noticed her red ears peaking through her hair.

"Look, I'd absolutely love to listen to one of your frustrated 'I have wings therefore I am more important than you' speeches - note the sarcasm - but there are people I have to deal with, and they're about all the annoyances I can take today. The dog gets one more chance, then I'm dropping her on your doorstep, even if you're in Haven at the time. If it's important, call me later. Midnight or so. Yeah, yeah, bye, say hi to Cas for me." Lyn hangs up, letting out a frustrated sigh and tucking her phone away. "Great, you guys are here as another part of the absolutely idiotic deal those winged weirdos made. Yay."

Eliza tilted her head at Lyn's statement, brushing hair from her face. "What do you mean, miss?" She asked in a soft tone, a tone too soft to be fake. She was genuinely confused, so naive. Alex glanced at her and gave a little smirk before looking back at Jacklyn.

Lyn shoves her hands into her jeans. "You'll learn about it later. Anyways, I'm Lyn, and I basically run this place. Let's lay down some ground rules. One, do not treat any of these creatures like they are not living, thinking, breathing entities. They are all alive, and a few can be seriously sensitive. Two, don't touch them unless I give you permission or you are given permission. This is for your own safety. Just use some common sense around them and you'll be fine. Three, my word is law. If I tell you to do something, no matter how weird, do it. It could save your life." She pauses, thinking for a moment. "I believe that's it. We'll see how long you can follow those, I suppose. A few of the Myths have personal rules, but I've made sure to add signs and stuff. Too many important government people losing fingers."

The twins, even if they did not look it, arrived at the building, they're new job. They honestly weren't expecting to be accepted together, but did not dare to question them.

The eldest, Leoni, easily identifiable by her blonde hair, was currently finishing off her 'breakfast' as she mumbled to her younger sister. It sounded something like-

"What do you think we'll be doing here?"

Tora rolled her eyes, being the somewhat more mature one. She was the youngest of the two and could be identified by her freckles and red hair, which now resembled 'tiger stripes' from old streaks of black hair dye.

"Did you even bother to read the letter? Of course not, because that's effort. But, anyway, we'll be taking care of animals. A simple enough job for you?"

Tora didn't even wait for her sister to reply and practically speed-walked into the building with her hands stuffed into her jean pockets.

Lyn checks her watch, basically the only other piece of jewelry she has except for her string bracelet, just as Ziu skids around the corner. The dog barks happily, wagging her tail. "Feel free to look around until noon, which is when we'll meet back here. I have stuff to do." Lyn glances at Ziu. "Like dealing with the poor kid you've traumatized." The dog whines, but her tail doesn't stop wagging.

Melody had jotted down all of what Lyn said in her notebook along with a quick drawing of Ziu.She looked around at the others before quietly scooting off to go explore.

Lyn walks off, and Ziu doesn't particularly feel like following the angry female, she she runs after Melody instead. For a moment, she's tempted to bite the girl, but she knows both of her owners and Lyn would be very upset with her, so she decides against it.
