Just thought I might help you out here. Unfortunately I do not have a soothe bell. About the Lucarionite, on Pokeheroes there are no specific mega stones, only "Mega Stone". It is only usable when the pokemon has a special bubble near its name.

I'm also looking for soothe bells it's been a while and I've never seen one in the shop when I need one I only see them in the shop when I don't need one So annoying!
