This is the first role-play I've ever started on this site, so I'm not sure where to begin. I guess I'll start with the story.




There used to be magic in the world. Everybody had some, no matter their age, race, gender, etc. But some people wanted nothing to do with magic. These people came together to eliminate the magic in the world. They locked away all the magic in precious stones, thereby eliminating it almost entirely. The world was in a state of panic. With all the magic gone, they had to rely on themselves for survival. Many people went out to search for the lost magic, but they all failed. So over many years, they slowly adapted, and eventually completely forgot about the things that they could do. Nowadays, magic is restricted to fairy-tales, but there are some who believe in them...

No being too powerful. Being too powerful is being able to kill people in a single hit, having more than one stone, being invincible forever, etc.

My Form:

Role-play style: I don't tend to use quotation marks when a character is speaking, but I use : to distinguish between actions and speaking.

Role-play name, gender, and appearance. Please be specific: Margaret, female, Margaret is 5'1", and is often mistaken for a middle school kid, instead of a teenager. She has pierced ears, attached earlobes, blueish-green/greenish-blue eyes, naturally reddish-pink lips, short extremely curly dark brown hair, and a kind smile on her face almost all the time. Her finger nails tend to be short and bitten. Margaret is often seen with marker ink dots on her nose from scented markers. Her skin is a bit tanned, with brown freckles all over her arms, nose, and the tops of her cheeks. She wears a variety of outfits, but one consistant thing is that she wears glasses with clear, rectangle shaped frames. She is also kinda plump.

Role-play personality: Margaret is an awkward person with a kind heart. Since Margaret was always the youngest in her immediate family, she always felt the need to out-do everyone, to prove to her family that she doesn't need help with everything. She can get very emotional easily, and doesn't handle death well. She absolutely loves sweets and junk-food. She loves animals, but refuses to interact with spiders and poisonous creatures. Margaret hopes to one day find her true love and have kids with him. She is artsy and absolutely LOVES Nintendo games.

Elizabeth is a petite girl for her age, standing awkwardly at 5'1". She has bright blue eyes and long black hair that reaches her lower back. She has long eyelashes and a button nose. She is average weight, almost a little chubby. She has a light amount of freckles, most of them on her arms and shoulders. She looks graceful, though if you see her legs you'll notice they're covered in little blue and pink bandaids. She wears a blue long sleeved shirt, black overall skirt, and blue tennis shoes. Going against what most would call her "good girl" appearance, she has a spider bite piercing. One of the little jewels is blue, the other is black. She wears about three ponytail holders around her left wrist at all times, and sometimes accidentally cuts off circulation.

Role-play personality:
Elizabeth is much more kind than her brother, and is very naive. She often trusts people too easily, and gets scared over simple things. She's pretty smart, and very kind to her friends. She is very extroverted, and loves to meet new people. She's actually super sensitive, and she reacts poorly to many things. She doesn't overreact, it's just that her reaction is often one that is poor in how it's hard for people to understand. She is very mother-like, and a sweetheart. She's quite gullible, though, and her brother often has to pull her out of something she got herself into from believing someone.

Role-play style: Depends on the flow of the RP at the moment, but I tend towards paragraphs. Sometimes its nice to get quick actions done through a few quick back and forths though, you know?

Role-play name, gender, and appearance. Please be specific: Marius Cinis Clearwater, Transman, Tall (Like, 6'5"), with longish (Shoulderlength) Blonde hair dyed a deep blue taken care of as to not let the colour fade into green, Dark Polynesian skin, sharp blue small, monolidded eyes that take after his korean mother. He wears loose tanktops that show off his wiry muscle from his work on boats at his other mothers boat shop. He wears loose 'Aladdin' pants because he doesnt like restrictive clothing and they have deep pockets. He doesnt tend to wear shoes if he can get away with it, and abhors socks. He has one nautical themed hairband that he keeps in his pocket in case hes doing something that requires his hair out of his eyes. Has a flat nose that doesnt really flair out at the end, and lots of light freckles that seem almost yellow in the sun. He has a large amount of burn scars on his back and upper shoulders, as well as around his upper arm from a fire caused by his ex. Has a notch in his left ear due to a piercing that got ripped out, but has three piercings in his left ear and five in the other.

Role-play personality: Has an intense fear of fire. He's charming however, and finds it easy to get along with people. He molded himself around his twin brother, where his brother genuinely cares, he doesnt, where his brother puts on a mask he doesnt. Looks forwards to getting to meet other people who dont know his brother, and when his brother left home to go to school, Marius stayed behind to increase the dichotomy even more.

Role-play style: Well I really invest myself in the character, so I may see the character saying barely a thing with a one liner to talking for up to three paragraphs. Depends on the situation, character, and characters around them.

Role-play name: Leon Boucher

Gender: Male

Appearance: Average height. Muscular from years of hard work. Slightly tanned from being outside most of the time. He has black hair nicely combed though it is usually hidden by his black scally cap. He wears a nice long sleeve button up shirt which he replaces with a white button up short sleeve shirt on hot days. Dark blue suspenders prevent his long black dress pants from slipping off his shirt. He has elegant dress shoes which he will replace with combat boots when in battle.

Role-play personality: Usually calm and can keep his cool in most situations. He really likes insults though he is trying to keep his mouth in check though. He also views it as everyone's duty to train themselves physically, mentally, and with magic.

Name: Avery Jo Queen (AJ)
Age: 18
Gender: Female
Appearance:Standing at just 5'8", AJ is a little annoyed that her little brother has a few inches or so on her. Part of this is probably due to the fact that he'd been shorter than her until he hit 16. Being both tall and slim, with long legs, AJ usually appears taller than she actually is, usually right until people meet her brother. She has glossy black hair that goes to just past her shoulders, never really liking long hair. Her green/blue eyes tend to contrast her cappuccino skin tone. She tends to stick to skinny jeans or shorts, depending on the temp., and a black or dark colored tank top, regardless of the season and weather, either on its own or beneath a jacket of some sort.

Role-play personality: AJ is not a people person. She's never entirely sure how to act around people. She prefers machines and can spend days in on a project without even noticing the time passing. Despite all this, AJ is a very touch oriented person, whether it be hugs, cuddles, hand holding or shoulder touches; she craves it all. So, when she feels close to someone, she does her best to show it through these kinds of touches. AJ is also a very bold person when it comes to projects, never really taking no for an answer. To her, the answer is always yes, it's just a matter of figuring out how to do it. She also doesn't take too kindly to being ordered around. but is smart enough to realize when she should keep her mouth shut and just do as told.

Gender: Male
Appearance: Standing at just a little under six foot, Carson tends to tower over most people, a quality he's not entirely a fan of. He has short brown hair that tends to spike up at the front, even when he doesn't make it do so. This shows off the dark blonde roots of his hair, giving his hair a shiny quality. He has hazel eyes, a peculiar mixture of green, brown, and blue that tends to shift from day to day, usually depending on his outfit, though he's been told it also changes with his moods. He has the build of a swimmer, with long powerful legs and broad shoulders, a feature he's taken full use of. He has macchiato skin tone, a weird term he's learned from his older sister. He tends to wear whatever feels comfortable, usually sticking to jeans, a clean t-shirt, and the occasional hoodie.

Role-play personality: Carson is very level headed, especially in stressful situations. That said, he is in no way a very serious person. He loves to make fun of his enemies, though it does serve tactical purposes as well. He's very loyal and dependable. He does what he says he will, no matter what it costs him. He always puts others first, whether it's his teammates or civilians or his family. He always has an open mind when it comes to planning and is very much an 'out of the box' thinker, whether it's with his arrows, hand to hand, or just a simple trap. He'll use anything and everything.

Alexander obviously got the short end of the stick along with his sister, standing at 5'3". He has pale blue eyes and black hair. His hair is short, parted onto the side to the right. He is skinny and thin, and much more lanky than his sister. He has the freckles his sister didn't receive, dotted all over his body in large amounts. His sister and himself are often thought to be twins because their faces are so very similar. Long eyelashes, button nose. He wears a grey shirt, jeans, and grey hightop converse. He wears a white jacket over it, but that's not as usual as the outfit as a whole. It's funny, though, considering he already is a bad boy and his sister isn't, that he has a black septum ring in his nose.

Role-play personality:
He's short tempered and fiery. He's very different from his sister in that he's extremely introverted. He is quiet and cold to most until you make him angry. He will spout angrily and loudly, and he often gets emotional when he yells. When he's quiet, he's usually thinking about everything that could go wrong, since he has some pretty high anxiety. He is very hotheaded and protective, mostly of his sister.
