here's the sign-ups

The Last King died in his bed at age 84, his clothes covered in blood.
It's unknown what caused his death, all possibilities seeming unlikely to the point it's impossible.
Because of that, it's been suspected as murder from the magic users and mixed blood in the kingdom.
As the new king (the last king's son) was appointed, he told us this:
"I, King Rosalind the Third, will find the murderer of the Last King, no matter what it takes."
Only after a few months of his reign, he began a hunt.

Specifically the hunt for all mixed bloods and magic users.

(i forgot to say this before but this'll take place in a hideout in the forest for mixed bloods and magic users :'DD)

Azure woke up from his sleep after having a nightmare, looking around the hideout from the crate he laid on. Looking at the early morning sky, he sighed as he thought of how many were being eliminated from the kingdom already. "I should check on the others," he mumbled.

Kanti yawned and scratched her cheek, sitting up. She had been awake for awhile, but was still somewhat groggy.

Lawrence's spear lay on his lap as he petted Bean. The snake was fast asleep, but he could hear her catlike purring as he petted her. He felt a pang of sorrow. Bean wouldn't live a life of fear of being killed. She just wanted attention like a pet. And then she'd feed herself. Lawrence felt jealous of his pet snake. But he loved her too. She was the closest to family he had.

Azure approached Kanti and sat on the ground near her, pushing her gently. "Wake up, we're leaving today," he said, poking her.

"Think more, Kanti. If we made noise, we'll get found," Azure said and stood up, walking over to check on the others. "Lawrence?" he spoke in loud voice, but no louder than yelling.

Lawrence heard Azure call to him. "Hm?" he responded. Bean must've woken up because when he looked back for her, she was gone. He saw the snake slithering toward where he heard Azure's voice come from. He followed the snake to Azure. "I'm here," the blondette said.

Kanti shrugged. "Makes sense," She got up, looking from Azure to Lawrence.
