Everyone starts by waking in the forest, the others around you, right by the stump of what used to be a huge oak. The trees around you whisper quietly, even though there is no breeze, and it feels cold for it being summer.

The seventeen year old wakes up and sighs. Waking up not in a bed? What's a bed? What's waking up in a bed? She doesn't know anymore. She looks around, she sees the stump, and sighs. Well, a dead tree. Did a person do this? Or a not person?

Calli glances up at Laura from her perch on the stump. She flips open her wings in delight, making the branches of the trees around her shake slightly.

Calli opens her mouth to say something, but nothing comes out. For a moment, she falters, puzzled, and her wings droop. The decorated feathers are coated in dust and a dark, dried used-to-be-liquid, but she appears to be unharmed. Even her usually well-groomed fur is ruffled and a bit dirty.

Grover refused to open his eyes...The Darkness around him was slightly comforting and it was the only thing that kept him from freaking out. Maybe this just one of those lucid dreams he used to have as a kid? No.. The grass beneath him feels too real and he feels the cold air all around him. There is a weak voice in the back of his head but he can't understand it- He doesn't listen to it. He can only hear his beating heart that sounds like some kind of tribal drum at a Festival...

Finally, thoroughly frustrated, she settles for puffing out her fur and wings to look bigger, and makes a barking sound.

When Grover heard the noise that could only come from a living being his mind exploded... His eyes flew open and he could practically hear the blood rushing through his body because of the spark of adrenalin that flew over him. He threw himself back on his feet, almost tripping over himself. His vision was blurry-still getting used to the light and his legs were almost frozen.. How long has he been here? Where is here? What... He is not alone, There are other humans too. Without thinking he let out a sigh of relief, Almost forgetting about the bark...

"Grrr." Calli growls thoughtfully, one of the long blue feelers that run down from her face twitching as she thinks. She blinks, glancing down at the graceful appendage, and then gets to her feet, folding in her wings carefully. She walks up to Laura, leaping off the stump without a sound, and coming to stand right in front of the girl. Calli is huge, bigger than a great dane, and more intimidating too. But instead of doing anything aggressive, she simply raises one of her silky feelers and taps Laura's forehead. The skin glows for a moment, and Calli goes back to her stump, settling down again and opening her mouth once more. "Hello."

February woke up very suddenly (somehow lol), and looked around at everyone else.

Cora had been awake before, she just hadn't talked. "Woah, you're cool!" she exclaimed, looking at Calli.

Sky opened their... no, her. She was having a girly moment right now. She opened her eyes and stepped back, looking at the beautiful creature before her. "Wow... You're magnificent!" she said to Calligraphy, bowing slightly.

His mind was screaming at him to back off but once Grover noticed the Canine-Like Being he just couldn't turn his eyes away... He was scared, Really scared actually, but this creature seemed... Comforting, Let's say. It looked so peaceful, Almost like one of these magical beings he used to 'study' as a child... What was it called again? No, What is he thinking about?! This is no time for this! "Wh-What are you?"

Zoe jumped at the voice, looked up at Calli and backed into a tree almost knocking herself out from hitting her head on the tree. "ow..." She said her vision a bit blurry.

Grover's mind was trying its best to process what just happened in these last moments and whats currently going on around him. Wheels inside his brain were turning and spinning with effort but this maybe was just a little bit too much for him. He was never brightest if goes about animals, That was Stompers thing, but he was sure that this creature was not supposed to exist "Calligraphy?! Unique Creature?! Is this some kind of social experiment or something... Where are the cameras?!" There was a recognizable panic in his voice...
