Just like interacting, I think that you should also have a chance to get Shaymin to pop up when you send a Sky Gift. The new Summer Time Shaymin has a new prize, so why can't there be a new way to get Shaymin too?

Currently, the only way to get Shaymin is through interacting- and its painfull. Plus, it doesn't really speaks up "kindness". Sky Gifts, however, are literally gifts, and you only send one if your feeling kind. So yeah.

While I'm not sure if this has been suggested, I do like this idea! Support! It'd need to be a small chance of course, so Shaymin is still kinda hard to get, but I do enjoy the idea,,

I Don't know, Since That would make it too easy for some people with like so much nuggets and PD, and the price resets everyday so people would keep doing it and forget about interacting, Also, interacting really helps Shiny hunters, and can be a lot more challenging than just sending gifts, Just imagine if someone sends 1 gift and gets shaymin, it would be too boring.

No support, aside form what erix pointed out, those who don't have the PD, have to interact to get the money to send sky gifts anyway, and yes I know sky gifts are cheap, but my point is why waste money on sky gifts for shaymin when you have a chance of getting it by raising money through clicking?

@erix But Shaymin is already easy for people who like interacting. Yeah, it does helps shiny hunters, but interacting still doesn't says off "gratitude". Also, your last point is kind of bad. A lot of people sometimes get Shaymin not on the first interaction, but in one of the firstests.

Also, its pretty hard that someone will waste their entire PD or nuggets in one day just to try to get Shaymin. They will obviously interact more.

@prussia Honestly, everything costs something. Even interacting also costs something, like your time and patience. also who doesnt has enough pd for a sky gift om

My point is, shaymin sky gifts are pointless, I myself am impatient, but I won't complain about shaymin being one of the few challenges left.

Shaymin is not one of the "few challenges left" though. Theres still Kyurem when winter comes and a lot of more things coming.

I said one of the few, not the only one left, and besides, until those new challenges come, kyurem and shaymin are pretty much the only things I see as a challenge [except lab hunting, THAT'S HORROR]

The thing being, riako has never made anything impossible for those who don't buy nuggets (except hunting shiny event LEGENDS, since they are unbreedable).

Now, say I sent out just pd skygifts every day, and since I'm a high level, I also sent out a nugget gift every five days when I get the nuggets for the login

And say someone is unlucky - as in all month, they send as many gifts as they can every day without buying nuggets, and shaymin only appears once.

They're still going to want the event, and they'll want shaymin to appear more for the shiny plushie, right?

Are you saying they should spend real money, despite that being something that was never required before??

@everyone Honestly, I don't think sky gifting should be the primary way to get Shaymin if this is added. While yeah the chance should problably stay random (or atleast a bit lesser than random), interacting would most likely stay as the main way to get them.

I would agree, but there's one facter there's holding me back which is why I would have to say no.

Like you said gift giving is supposed to be a way of something 'thank you sometyhing like that' But if this is implimented then you run into the thing that happens at christmas too.

People WILL run raffles for those who send them sky gifts - Bribing isn't the main focus of the event but it will become it if you allow this as people will bribe otherfor gives for the shaymin - Espcially (Not me) some shiny hunters will want to do anything they can to get a Shiny legendary.

Aside from all the reasons already started, one thing I'd like to point out is that Shaymin is a legendary Pokémon. And there's a reason legendary Pokemon are called that. They're supposed to be obtained through work and time. Not just by an easy way of sending a gift.
If this were to be implemented, Shaymin would eventually lose its value ~~like Celebi & Lugia, rip~~ as people would have more chances of obtaining it easily. And the Shaymin event occurs every year. If a person fails to get it this year, it gives them the enthusiasm to eagerly wait for the next year so they can try again.
Also, interacting is one of the foundations on what this game is built upon, along with breeding, socializing and the likes. So if interacting is the only way to obtain Shaymin, be it so. People will only interact more which -as stated already- would help breeders (which is another important basis of this game). This will make sure the game stays interesting and challenging at the same time for everyone.

i only support if there's a decreased chance to get it from gifts than from interacting.

The reasons above honestly don't affect my argument here tbh, the only reason i support this is because i can't really take the time out of my day to click some pokemon when i have other stuff i need to get done.
