I am a bit confused regarding how to acquire them and was hoping to get some clarification. ; v ; /

I've been reading a few threads from different dates back in the help/answered section and they all say I need to have an 'ocean' themed background, but--what isn't clarified is whether he pops up randomly somewhere in said background and if I have to click on him or he just automatically is added to my party if I have space available.

In that respect, he works like all the other Sprites. There'll be a ~~massive~~ Staid sprite that you'll need to click to be able to claim the egg.
