This isn't a huge issue because you can refresh the page and it will be gone but this should be a good new feature.
Once you open the palpad on the tablet/mobile you can't close it again because the button is hidden behind the list of names. A good way to fix would be to perhaps move the palpad button so that it can be pressed and you can close the list.
Just a small suggestion. This is from my personal experience and i do not speak for anyone who uses PH on their tablet because it may only be a problem for me. Just wanted to bring this up. Perhaps moving the palpad button to the side a bit when you open the list would be a good idea.
I wrote this on my tablet and even though i have a new message i can't read because i will have no way to close it again.

Mostly,I am on my mother's iPad when I am using pokeheroes and stuff but
There is this other problem that I have is when I go on index on mobile,The page scrolls down and the message the person sent me is gone but if you stated then there you go

On mobile and app stores there is already a PokéHeroes pal pad app. For free. So you could use that instead of the in site one. That's what I do while on mobile

Nexanda, the Palpad app does not work for anyone. I use an android, and downloaded it, but the numerous times I tried opening it, it would either crash, not load, or just not work altogether.

If you go into the "Pokeheroes Apps'" subforum you can see others have this problem.

Full support! It gets super annoying on my iPod when I have to refresh the page just to get rid of the palpad taking up 1/3 of the screen, especially when I'm talking to my friends who tend to reply quickly. Also, its hard to even refresh because it's such a small screen.

You have my support for it is a very annoying problem, it covers most of the screen when I'm on my phone making it hard to keep playing and talk to others at the same time.

I personally don't have this problem, but I assume from the amount of people who were posting here and supporting this that I seem to be one of the few who don't have this issue.
This is why would I support this suggestion even though I do not have the same problem - but at the moment you can't get any support from me, because I don't see any clear suggestion as to how to change that. (If a way was mentioned, I didn't see it - please correct me then.) At the moment, this seems more like a complaint than a suggestion due to the fact I named.

I agree with this, it does get annoying so usually I open a new tab or I click the index page to get it to go away. But it also covers the entire right side of my screen which can cause problems aswell qwq
