I suggest that deleting accounts that are:

-Inactive
-Banned
-Permanently locked

because they can benefit by:

-More Available Usernames for new people
-Less username mistakes (For typos in sending different items)

This would not work as Riako said he would not be able to do that due to them being the OT of some members active pokemon ETC

Probably suggested many times but as I am on phone & I won't search. I am neutral. Permanently locked could be indeed deleted but the banned for a period of time or inactive not because you might never know when they come back. But maybe the ones that are inactive for over 3 years could be deleted.

Partly support. Inactive & temporarily locked accounts mustn't be deleted as the user might want to return once.

This is simply not possible.

Even if they're banned permanently, they still interacted with the site; trying to wipe their existence would be an impossible task and bring along their fair share of errors on the way.
Every forum post they made, every pokémon they traded, every page they ever [visibly] went to would be filled with errors.

As such, this suggestion cannot be implemented.
