In the games and the anime, you can fish up Skrelp.
You can fish for it in Y, as you can fish Clauncher in X

It makes no sense why it ISN'T at the beach, it is literally a kelp seahorse.

Additions

This suggestion would be a perfect opportunity to remove Inkay (not found in water) and switch it for skrelp as far as any trades go.

Coding wise: Replace Inkay with Skrelp. Faint two duckletts with one Roggenrola.

Support for obvious reasons, and Inkay should be replaced with Skrelp as Navuso said.

Support! To be honest, I didn't really notice Skrelp wasn't there, I just assumed it was. I don't see why Skrelp shouldn't be here. Like what yosaflame said, it makes better sense if Skrelp was there instead of Inkay.

I agree with this. Skrelp is found by fishing in the games like has been stated before and would bring more players to emera beach who are having difficulty finding it in the auction house, GTS, or through adopting eggs. It could be one of the very rare ones though to make it more of a challenge since it is from Kalos.
