maybe i'm missing something obvious, but i'm not quite sure how to evolve my gligar? its bulbapedia entry reads "It evolves into Gliscor when leveled up holding a Razor Fang during the night."

it's leveled up while holding the razor fang, but nothing happened

Maybe it's like when you're Eevee into an Umbreon.. you also need a Moonstone? :S

It has to be evolved at night (After 18 o'clock server time).
Also Gligar's evolution included a bug, that Liirah told me right now :D and now it's fixed.

So every night-sensitive evolution is based on the servertime (which has to be 18 o'Clock or later) except Eevee? (Just want to make sure~)

Firstly, am I allowed to ask this? :B If so..

Show hidden content

I tried evolving my Slowyore into something else (Yoreking or a Slowking Event) :P
It already gobbled up 7+ Honey jars, but it still didn't evolve.
It keeps saying that it's happy and all, but still needs more honey..
So, I kept on feeding it until I ran out of Honey. :(

Am I on the right track..? Or, is this a glitch or something..? :S

Is Scizor currently available?

Because Scyther(Which I happen to have) evolves with a trade, but it also needs something like a Metal Coat.

Yes it is available. ^^
Like you've guessed already, Scyther needs to hold a Metal Coat in order to evolve (via trade evolution).

Is it currently possible to evolve Piloswine? I read on Bulbapedia it evolves while knowing Ancient Power. My Piloswine is almost level 39.

How do you evolve sneasel into weavile?
I gave it the razor fang and leveled it up but nothing happened......
