Hoopa are so plentiful at the moment people are having trouble selling them for 5000PD.
If you get more you are lucky and someone was desperate or someone is trying to take advantage of someone who doesn't know better.

While I don't know the prices of the light/dark stones, I once purchased a Reshiram for 12k PD at auction house.

AH prices do not reflect actual value well. The starting bid is up to the poster, and the final bid can fluctuate based on several factors: what time of day it is when the auction is posted or ending, who is looking at the AH at the time the auction is on, how many people are bidding, etc. You can sell a Pokémon for 2 PD one time and sell the same species Pokémon for 15k another time. Plus, summon items are generally worth more than the Pokémon they summon because the item can be used for shiny chaining, while just the Pokémon cannot.

This guide is highly outdated BUT still gives a good idea.

With the introduction of Hoopa events and the Zekrom/Resheram the price has dropped significantly.

I would recommend watching the AH for going prices or have a chat with some older players as they might have a better sense of pricing on many things.

Yeah I mean I come here every time I'm not sure about the price of smth and it gives me a pretty good idea, but as you said since the introduction of the Hoopa event, the prices of a couple of things dropped. That's why I'm not always sure which price is correct or which isnt.

I'd chat with ppl but I'm very shy so I won't really talk to ppl I don't know and I don't have any good friend on here anymore xd

Shouldn't Miltank and Combee be different prices than regular Pokemon, or is that just considered in the usual variation of price within a certain rarity?

Sure yes. Miltank and Combee are needed for Moomoo Ranch and Honeycombs for their Moomoo Milk and Honey respectively.

Thinking on a business perspective, that would raise the demand for them, raising the price higher than “those of the same Rarity”.

However, many people would try to take advantage of this and jump on the bandwagon of mass-breeding these Pokémon so they can possibly gain a lot of PD for selling them. This would lower the price as the supply of these Pokémon increased.

Thus, (sort of) making the price back to “normal”.

But no one can really say, as these prices are susceptible to a lot of change.
