@Elvenlord, no. It should be in Hoenn section. :)

No, Regigigas actually wasn't made until Gen 4 (it sits right in front of Giratina in Pokedex order) and is native to Sinnoh, but if I were to guess, they put it next to the other Regis intentionally so it would be easier to find.
I mostly go on Smogon and Twitter nowadays.

I gave a newbie the link to the Price Guide. Informed them that several things were higher/lower than listed, primarily because of supply/demand and the prices fluctuating daily.

They began putting up their Pokemon in AH for listed Rarity Price, and was told by several people that nobody would buy them at that price.

May I suggest editing the prices of the Rarities to reflect current rates? My suggested prices based on weeks+ of watching AH are:

Easy-Rare: 1-1k
Special: 1k-3k (Currently hard to get 300 for a Combee, while others, like Rotom, sell for over 5k)
Events: 10k-25k, 30k-50k on others based on desired demand
Unowns: 5k-10k

@Firewolf it clearly states that
"Please note that the prices shown above vary for each rarity. What I've stated are the average prices. It also really depends how common or un-common the Pokemon is.
For example, Eevee has the highest frequency on site and is a rare type. Eevee will be worth around 700-1000 PD (Not the price stated above).

They are average prices."

What is the value of Easter slakoth?

About the region of regigigas,

Bulbapedia says, it doesn't belong to any regional dexes.but it's Dex number suggests that it is in sinnoh.
I might sould like a bot, but I'm alive

About your Bulbapedia post.. if you take the time to look.. it also states,
"This Pokémon was unavailable prior to Generation IV."

Generation IV being the region of Sinnoh.

Furthermore if you type in the respective dex number from Pokeheroes being '486' into the search area on Bulbapedia, it will come up as Regigigas in the National Pokedex. There is no mistake. :)

I read that. Point is, it NEEDS to be fixed. It is so FAR OUTSIDE of average prices, it is not funny. The same newbie then tried basing their prices off of what things in AH are selling for. They saw a Gingergoat go for 100PD and offered to buy one for 300PD, which is way less than what it is worth.

What is the point of suggesting this guide to newbies then? This person is probably so confused by now. First told to use this price guide. Then told not to use this price guide, but instead base their sales/buys off of AH price. Only to then be told that their buy/sell price is too low and be suggested to use this guide?

I mean, isn't the whole point of this to give newbies a basic idea of prices?

"Please note that the prices shown above vary for each rarity." Again, aware. Which is why I offered a new, more accurate price range to help newbies out. Again, they are NOT average when NOBODY, absolutely NOBODY would pay those prices anymore.

Welp, I sent a message or two on the same day he posted this website and nothing changed : /

Quite irritating when I'm trying to buy something off from a person and he/she uses this Guide to be "fair", but the price ends up being above the market...

you cant just rush them to change the prices when you sent them a message its takes time for them to do that and you got to think they are busy with real time stuff they cant just hop on here and change it

This thread is an estimate of the prices for the pokemon and items on this list, and while it does need to be updated most people don't read it anyways. This thread isn't the actual price of things, to get the actual price just ask around in feeds, messages, and other means of talking to people

Things will always be "over-priced" 'cause some people see it as a way to get more from new people, and it can trick the newbies into thinking something is more than what it's worth.

Just wait and things will be updated -Max is probably quite busy with other things to be focused on this and changing the prices when you could just ask around and figure the prices out yourself instead of using something that says in the post itself that these are estimates and shouldn't always be said as the final price of things

Hello! Max here again, and after 6 months..

The list have been updated!

As most of you said/know, I've been really busy lately IRL, but I finally managed to make a little space and update the list!
Thanks to everyone who suggested, we took all of them in consideration and updated all those prices! And thanks again to Greggory_Lee for the help!
If there is a price you don't agree, or a problem/mistake, comment it here! I won't be answering PalPad or PMs related to the Price Check!

As the last time, we considered all factors: the rarity and supply and demand of the Items/Pokémon, most of them have been decresed, although others have been increased as they have become pretty hard to get right now.

If you aren't sure which prices have changed, Here is a spreadsheet with all the old and new prices!

Anything we missed? Suggest it for the next update!

Max here!

I still think the soda pop and lemonade should be maxed at 250 and 350 respectively as those are the prices found in the NPC's berry booth.

Fossils:

- 10,000 - 10,000

Interesting range.. possibly meant to be 10-15k?
