Mega Able notification

You know how when one of your eggs hatch shiny, you get a notification that sounds something like this: "Congratulations! A shiny ------------ has hatched out of one of your eggs!"
well, it should give a notification like that for when a mega able hatches out of one of your eggs, now of course he shouldn't break chain, but it would be nice to know if 1 of my eggs hatched into a mega able instead of checking all of their profiles.


EDIT: If someone suggested this already please let me know because I'm new and I don't stalk the forums..ty
Also, if you already DO get a notification, please let me know that as well, because I never hunted a mega able shiny before..

This has already been suggested here.

You don't have to stalk the forums to find it. Just use the Search Bar with this button and type in some key words. Like, for me, I used the words "Notification mega-ables" and found the thread. :3

What is the reason for this suggestion? I mean - you can already see the mega symbol on the Party page and in the Storage Boxes, so you can't really miss this information.

Well, I didn't know it shows up at storage box and even at notifications (the place where you look at people's notifications that globe sign) so yeah..but since people liked this suggestion then idk what to do

Because, while it does show up in the 'Party' page and in the Storage boxes, it is still easily overlooked. Personally, I find the Party page largely unnecessary

You don't need to go to either of those to release pokémon. I can understand how some users find it easier to release pokémon through the boxes page, but I think it's easier (and faster) to release them through the summary page and if you're faster than the loading page, or not paying that much attention 'because it didn't hatch shiny', the little bubble is easily overlooked.

If the bubble would be visible on the User Page, that would be a different story

Well like shinies it's not really necessary because of the symbol in your storage box, but it's just nice to see the notification :) Hatching a Mega-able pokemon is just as special as hatching a shiny; also it would be helpful because Mega-ables look the same as regular pokemon in their sprite. So if you don't pay attention and don't see the symbol you could easily miss it and trade it by accident afterwards (I got a Mega-able Magikarp from Wonder Trade which I doubt was intentionally put there for example).

As someone who is mega hunting I find seeing the bubble in the storage box alarming enough for me to notice. When you're mega hunting and you're hatching the same egg over and over, then chances are you're releasing them the quick and easy way through checking the box in the storage box, or moving them in your storage box. So you will see the bubble most likely in your storage box right next to the Pokemon while the other Pokemon in won't have it, making it pop up even more.

So, as a mega hunter, I wouldn't find this necessary and can see the bubble in my storage box just fine.
