I can't seem to figure out how to talk to rowan for a quest.

Every time he says:
Uff, can this wait? I'm really busy right now.

I have no idea what to do anymore, I putted Pokémon in the daycare, I didn't have money, and I added money,didn't have Pokémon and added Pokémon,I'm out of ideas. What do I need to do ?

Just try a couple more times. Eventually, he'll talk to you.

I was pretty confused too at first, but eventually he'll give up pretending to be busy.
Just be patient and keep visiting + talking to him.
