SASPA is back, and better than ever seen before...
The Supernatural, Abnormal, and Strange Protection Agency was shut down years ago, without anyone knowing. The organization was a regulator between the worlds of humans and magic, making sure the former didn't know of the latter using all sorts of creatures and oddities as diplomats and soldiers that helped keep the peace. The organization was top-secret, basically no one knew about it, but it worked for a long time.
That is, until the leaders all died. SASPA was pushed away like an awkward memory no one wants to remember, and it was up to a few individual creatures to divert disaster at every turn. The humans could never know, after all, and they scraped by with a few dozen memory wipes and a few odd news stories.
But now, SASPA is back, now simply being called EMA. The Everything Magical Association.
With the same purpose as SASPA, EMA has been founded by some of the most powerful Magicals in the world. But they can't do it alone. They need other Magicals.
Will you help keep the calm in a world split between normality and oddities?

Appearance:
She has long, silvery-blonde hair in neat curls and pale skin. Her features make her look dainty but pretty, like she's glass and could shatter any second. Her eyes are a stormy blue-gray color, and her nails are always painted a pale blue with little designs of dark gray swirls. She wears jeans and t-shirts, and has a pair of wire-framed reading glasses that she rarely wears. Her ears a tiny, little bit pointed, and with her fragile features and small, thin frame she looks almost fairy-like.
Personality:
Linka can seem very easy to get along with, and she usually is. She's kind and loyal, always willing to sacrifice herself for someone she loves, and she enjoys her quiet time, when she can read in peace. However, she can also be a bit stubborn and headstrong, and it's probably not best to tick her off, as she has quick temper. Even when she's angry, though, if she knows something could be dangerous, she takes it slow and always formulates a plan before she goes into anything.
Magical Ability:
Weather manipulation, which allows her to harness the power of the wind, water, and ice for short periods of time.

Around 50 or so, pretty young for her species

Appearance:
She looks similar to a golden retriever, with long-ish, silky, red-gold fur and dazzling amber eyes. She has fangs a little too sharp to be a dog's, however, and her tongue is forked like a snakes. Her tail is cat-like, though, in contrast to her dog-like body, and it's prehensile, with an odd habit of curling like a chameleons when not in use. She has three black dots under each eye, and she wears a black collar around her neck with little multicolored diamonds around it like studs.
Personality:
She's calm, and very quiet. She isn't particularly good with the whole "speaking English" thing, which contributes to her silence, but many of the long-term EMA members can understand her normal language. She doesn't like fighting as much, though she's pretty good at it, and really only lets Linka teach it because she knows they all need self defense, and sometimes a little more. She's got a fantastic memory, and enjoys the company of people who are kind, patient, or calm. She has a ton of experience and stories, so she's Linka's number one consultant on basically everything.
Magical Ability:
Mind control, but only for short periods of time, with short bursts of energy.

Personality: She is definitely odd.She doesn't believe in love but enjoys a fun night.She would sooner gut someone then actually love them and she enjoys the verbal arguments she gets into.If you can get past all that she ain't half bad...just don't be surprised if she poisons your food.
Magical Ability: She can briefly control fire..if she tries for too long though it'll do damage to her.

Full Name: Colt Carter
Nickname: Colt, or CC if you feel like being a bit more affectionate.
Age: 20
Gender: Male

Appearance: Colt stands at 5'7'' and is visibly in a quite good shape. The lad has pale skin and light blue eyes. Colt's ashy blond hair is trimmed short and pretty much fully hidden from view by a worn down black baseball cap he seems to be inseparable with. He doesn't play baseball though.

As for other clothing, he usually wears a pair of jeans varying from black and grey to the darker shades of blue or black or grey cargo pants. His shirts Colt likes simple, a sleeveless or a t-shirt of solid colors, dominantly on the darker side of things. Most often, you won't see him without his pair of dark red boots that match the color of his leather jacket.

At night, he transforms into a dirty malnourished looking golden jackal. However, the appearance is deceiving as he's actually physically stronger than as a human.

He looks perfectly human or canine in either of his forms. Besides a long sharp tongue that may or may not freak people out it noticed, that is.

Personality: Colt can be rather cheery company, he's laid back and usually in a good mood. However, he's also quite confident in himself and can be rather cocky and mean if he happens to be having a bad day or feeling cranky for some reason. He also has a tendency to refuse doing something or do the exact opposite if asked to perform some sort of task, just to be difficult. Though that also depends on how he was asked to do something and he's not bad enough to do anything harmful. But still, one could say he's kind of a douchebag.

However, he's definitely no cold-hearted bully and usually doesn't hesitate to punch such people in the face. In fact, he tends to grow really protective of those he cares about, which can be a bit annoying at times. Though, oddly enough, despite his protective tendencies, he doesn't view those incapable of protecting themselves to any degree in a very positive light.

Colt also doesn't really think things through before blurting things out of his mouth and speaks his mind freely, even if he ends up insulting someone by doing so. Unsurprisingly, he occasionally ends up in fistfights or in trouble for it. Furthermore, he really seems to be fond of hugging people he likes and ruffling their hair, be warned.

Magical Ability:
>Shapeshifting (Limited to human during the day and jackal during the night, which is uncontrollable) and enhanced strength in his canine form.
>Transforming the appearance of physical matter (This doesn't work on anything living. He cannot create or dispose of part of the matter as he pleases, which basically means that the 'ingredient' and 'product' must be around the same size or otherwise consist of the same amount of material. Using this ability requires focus and time. The bigger and/or complicated the thing manipulated, the harder the task.)

Crush/BF/GF: None for now.

Other: He's supposed to be an aswang, a Philippine creature. (My apologies if my attempt to portray it pisses any native off.) This is more or less my interpretation of the creature and I'm simplifying a bit.

>Eat human flesh and blood, corpses work fine as well.
>If looked directly in the eye, your reflection will be upside down.
>Can be detected by a specific oil that boils when an aswang is near.
>Repelled by garlic and religious artifacts much like vampires (but aren't harmed by sunlight) and can be killed by decapitation or with a whip made from a stingray's tail.

Luceander has a human form and an animal form. In his human form, he looks just like a normal human. He has black hair and brown eyes. He's about 178cm tall and skinny. He often wears a plain black shirt with long sleeves under an anthracite colored leather jacket which is always open. He is also wearing black trousers and black boots.
As animal he's a plain, 74cm tall black wolf (canis lupus) with ice blue eyes. His fur is of a medium length and can be described as rather rough and spiky.
Personality:
Luceander is quite a troublemaker. He has his set opinion and nobody will change his opinion. He's also very stubborn and determined to go out into the human world one day to live alongside with them. He's manipulative and doesn't hesistate to lie to get what he wants. He is a bit of a control freak and wants to know everything that happens. He also commands his "followers" around quite a lot. However, sometimes he can be a nice person and help others out or support them.
