I dont know where to start searching for the victinis.And i dont really get it.We have to click randomly on the site and hope they will appear when we click a random sprite or what?

Victini is only obtainable when there is a Speed Click Event (SCE) going on. In an SCE, you sign up for specific times in which you must click as many eggs/Pokemon that you can in a time period of 10 (or more, depends on the time slot you sign up for) minutes. Even then, you only have a chance of winning a Victini, as they are a prize that is handed out with the help of rng, which means you aren't guaranteed to win one. SCEs only happen a couple times a year, so you may have to wait a bit to get one. The earliest I can see an SCE happening is on the Pokeheroes 4th Anniversary, but of course I can not guarantee that.

Unless you mean the Event Victini sprites. Those are different, and you should just follow the hints on the page to find them.
