You have died. For whatever reason you died but yet your still here. You have been reborn into a new world as a monster yet at the same time you retained all your memories of your past life. Now you must learn to live in this new world to survive and get stronger.
Starting off your first day with your new family and your new life. You will soon learn about the ways of this world. To grow and evolve. Will you try to get impossible amounts of power, or perhaps try to remain peaceful and use your skills to help support others with magic or crafting.

Monsters(and animals) go under a process called ranking up where they evolve into stronger forms. Once they reach level 100 they will have the option to "rank up" depending on the species the changes will vary. Early changes often just being a slight size increase and collor changes while future rank ups can result in much more drastic changes in appearence.
Levels can be obtained through various experiences that the charactor has not just fighting. Many actions will result in levels even though fighting and hunting is the most efficient way of gaining levels.
Experience gain is set within the first month of life. Depending on your actions experience growth can vary and the levels you will get will often vary though normally monsters have a very slow growth not being able to level for years due to this first month period.
Humans elves dwarves (And other species of the like). Also have a rank up system except for them its in terms of jobs. They can take on multiple jobs and rank them up but they have less of a bonus than the evolution monster get.

How they died: Ambushed in an alleyway by a group of ruffians and a former "friend".. wasn't pretty.

Mira was 5'5, with long brown hair that came down past her shoulders and green eyes covered by purple glasses. She preferred to wear jackets and hats, and the occasional scarf.
(After)
Mira still looks generally human, with her brown hair and green eyes, but unlike before she has white, rounded ears and a white, fluffy tail. Her legs are covered in fur and she has paws for feet. She has shrunk down a little to 5'3.
Personality: Cheerful and down-to-earth. Very optimistic as well, but short-tempered and territorial.
How they died: Electrocution
Family: Mother was werebeast, able to transform into an arctic fox, father was a human

Her skin was fair, looking like a porcelain doll. She usually wore a black tanktop and skinny jeans, with black combat boots. She wore a white hoodie that zipped up over top. ((After)) Alexis looks a lot like her human form. Same hair, facial structure, body shape... The differences consist of her eyes, arms, neck, and feet. Her eyes are now yellow, and they seem to stare straight through you. Her arms, starting at the shoulders, are feathered. They are complete grey wings. Her neck has a ring of feathers, fluffy and warm. They're also grey, but a variation of grey from light to dark. Her feet are bird talons from the mid shin down. That's her least favorite part of the transformation. Her hair changes a little as well, with a feather growing from the top of her scalp in a curl shape. It's grey. She now wears a black tanktop that has thin straps as to not touch the feathers. She wears short cut leggings and no shoes.

Justin was a tall-ish boy, standing at 5'11". He was lanky and thin, looking kinda weak and pathetic. Justin had short, curly brown hair and bright blue eyes. Freckles covered him, head to toe, all over his body. His skin was tan and such, since he was a Puerto Rican Dominican. He usually wore a black hoodie and some ripped up, worn out jeans with some black converse. His undershirt was a white T-Shirt. He had bright white teeth, and was almost always smiling because of some joke or just being happy.

Justin's upper half stayed the same, but his waist down... Hoo boy. It was a long, 3 foot long snake tail ((give or take a few inches)). It was mainly grey, with orange and black diamonds across the back and a lighter grey along the bottom. His eyes were now a blue green, and they glowed in the dark. His ears were pointed and large, but slim. His teeth, though white and shining, were sharp and dangerous. His body was shaped a bit nicer, with a little muscle and abs.

[Before:] Arazen was 5'9 tall and skinny with jet black hair. He usually wore dark clothes with just a little bit of color, a necklace, and boots. He had very pale skin.
[After:] He still retains his hair color and pale skin, bu he now has large, pointy bat ears, and his once blue eyes are now a ruby red color. He is slightly shorter, and has sharp fangs, a more batlike face, and claws. He also has dark gray wing membranes under his arms.
Personality: He's pretty sassy and usually angry, and takes everything seriously. He can be selfish and foolish, and tends to rush into things without thinking. Also he hates dogs.
How they died: He was killed by a large rabid dog he encountered while exploring one day.
Family: His mother and father are the same as Drust's, who is his brother.
