Hi, if I wnat a maximum Outcome from Rumbling (say moe then 2500 ) from one mission: what can I do .. what has influence on it?

The Pokemon sent , the location itself, the level of the location or something else?

It honestly is random and depends on the level mostly. So I do say that you should get a high level first and wait the result.
