Hey guys, I just started today and I was wondering how I come across Mudkips and there evos? Also, I was wondering how the lure tree works?

Hi there, welcome to PH!!
For Mudkip (and evos) you could always have a look in the Auction House ~~(which maybe you haven't unlocked yet? I can't remember, doesn't take long though!!)~~ They shouldn't be too expensive!

For the tree you've got to get honey (usually found randomly on rumble missions ~~which miiight also not be unlocked yet)~~
