I had bought a pokemon, and offered on the trade, trader A completed trade but he had received both pokemon [we have properly gotten the pokemo to me, but i still felt it necessary to point this out.]

Yeah this has been reported many times. Riako is in the process in creating a new GTS system so bugs until then are likely to happen. Just sit tight and it'll be ready soon we're all hoping <3
