Can I catch pokemon with pokeball??? What can I do with them???

You can lure Pokemon with honey at route 53 at the honeytree, and then catch them.

As Margreat said, but I'll explain it out.

You lure pokemon at the Honey Tree. ( Town > Route 53 > Honey Tree )
To Lure Pokemon, you use Honey That you obtain by placing a Combee at the Honeycomb. ( Town > oute 53 > Honey Comb )
The Pokeballs are then throw to catch the Pokemon. But remember, if you are too late, some pokemon might eat all your honey before you have a chance of catching it.
