The title says all. The items that were stolen by scammers should go back to their original owners once they are locked or banned. This includes Pokemons, currency, and items.

Full support: happened to a friend of mine, all her boxes and gems "being sold for 400 nuggets" were stolen by a scammer.

Question: how exactly will this work? Like, how are the mods going to get the items back? Have you planned that out?

I may be wrong, but Im pretty sure that Riako can look at the history of someone's trades and at a Pokemon's history too.

You should always be careful when trading. Riako's stated often that he will not return scammed items.

I totally support. I think its unfair that a user scams another user and then the scammer gets permanently locked. Although I have to agree with Mar great and ask how this could work.

Though I wish you could but I believe that the mods and Riako have no control of people's a counts other than to deny access to it which is why Rule 3.3 is in there.

3.3 Trading at your own risk. You and you alone are responsible for the trade arrangements you agree on - we will not get your belongings back for you in case of a disagreement.

Or scam - should be added but what can you do? If you're suspicious of a scam no matter how big or little, use the TTT, Trusted Trade Thread monitored by mods for the people.

Not only that the new GTS updates will highly reduce scams with forms of PD and nuggets to be able to trade within the system. Just be patient and wait for it.

No support. I am with Nexanda with Rule 3.3. Also you DO realize that if Riako had to get EVERYONE's scammed stuff back he would not be able to update/code this site anymore right?

If you Trade with someone, be sure you get the Pokedollars or Nuggets at first, or the Items you want , or use Trusting Trade, where you do that over a Mod, Riako don't have much time, to return all those items, he is working already so many Hours on this site, to give aus new Features and Events, He is only a Human like we and he has also other stuff to do in Real Life. If you are trading, use the Trusting Trading through a MOD.
