I'm having an issue with the Wonder Trade and I'm not sure what's wrong. I got a notification that the trade was completed, but the pokemon that I was supposed to receive is not in my storage box. However, my pokemon was traded. When I look at my trade history and click on both of the pokemon, the person I traded to is listed as the trainer for both of them. Is there any way I can get the pokemon I was supposed to receive? How did this happen?

There is currently a bug in the system where sometimes one party keeps both pokemon. We don't know why but we think it's something to do with the gts update that's supposed to happen sometimes soon hopefully and will be sorted with the giant update.

Sadly all you can do is asked for the pokemon you were supposed to revive but there's no garenttee you'll get the pokemon you were supposed to get all you can do is explain the situation and hopefully they'll understand.

It's not the trader's fault but youa never receive the pokemon if the other person refuses to.
