Heya~
This is a suggestion so that is makes it easy for the regular users. My idea is to delete the accounts of people who have been locked permanently. I think there are many users who have been locked and they create new accounts. This deletion of accounts can make it easy for PH users to trade and talk.
Thank you. Hope this thread is not rejected but implemented.

That is kinda self-contradictory?
Deleting users would mean forgetting that these banned users ever existed; thus making it easier for those people to create a new account without getting caught.
