"If I cut the strings that hold me hostage would I fall and shatter? If that's what it takes to breathe again then did it even matter?" ~ A favorite quote of mine regarding mental health and toxic people. If theres someone in your life causing you emotional distress dont be afraid to cut them out ok?

I think that only meditation can help with problems of this kind. Not a single psychologist, not a single pill helped me. Only when I turned to my friend, and he introduced me to yoga and meditation, that's when I started to feel better. I had frequent nervous breakdowns. They started when I was 25. And I was able to get rid of them with hard practice for three years. I started going to retreats, opening my chakras. Next year I'm thinking of going to Bali on a retreat. People say there is clean energy and you can find out who you are. If you are interested you can check this. Therefore, I believe that everyone needs an individual approach.
