IE is popular thing, otherwise as Interaction Exchange
For the newest people or PH or someone from diffrent country and they don't understand this there is explain: If someone ask for IE you have to interact with her/his pokémon/party and he/she will have to interact with your pokémon/party

But there are some people that call it:
Click exchange
IfI(Interaction for Interaction)
And some more

I think there are many people from EU thatcan't speak english very well so I hope this helped

Actualy people usualy call it Interaction Exchange and use the # thing. ._.

Also uh

there is people outside of the EU that don't talk english

Most of people from CZ or Sk can't speak english very well, but obviously are too many people from another countries that can't speak english very well :)

So... Maybe I'm oldfashioned or something, but I thought this would be about Internet Explorer >.>

I've never seen the abbrivation IE for interaction exchange in my news feeds ^^'
