Is it me, or has the economy on PH shifted since the Beach was released? Since then, mega stones are far easier to obtain and tge messaged bottles with the relic items have added yet another set of high cost items.

Furthermore, the outlandishly large asking price of newly released [first two or three days] pokemon are crazy. I saw a Wishiwashi school going for 1million pd for a second...

High prices of newly released pokemon are normal ^^ I still remember when the honeycombs were first released - combees were selling for around 200k pd each. It's simply supply and demand.

Economies always shift. Prices changing due to new uses or new ways to obtain something happen in real life as well.

I agree with Silverstar. Nothing is constant in a games' currency, especially in a Pokemon game, with new Pokemon coming out frequently. (Except that Magikarp is always worth peanuts, poor thing.)
